Join us for the popular Seniors’ Lifestyle Expo on Dignity Health-Mercy Medical Center Seniors' Day on Wednesday, June 4, from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

On this day, we are excited to offer free admission for seniors 62+, along with entertainment and product information for a vibrant life. If the senior population is your audience, the Seniors’ Lifestyle Expo at the Merced County Fair is where you want to be!

Seniors’ Day Expo Exhibitor Booth Pricing: $300
Applications must be received by May 1, 2025

Each 10x10 Booth Space Includes:

8’ table & two (2) chairs
4 employee admission passes & 2 employee parking passes
Limited 10x10 pop-up canopies available upon request

EXHIBITOR REQUIREMENTS

Exhibit fees and application are due at the same time to guarantee space.

Proof of Insurance is required as outlined in this document. Due May 1.
Fair cannot guarantee availability of electricity.
All promotional items must be approved by Fair.
Based upon Health Department regulations, vendors cannot sell or sample food or beverage (including candy and water).
Tickets will be available for pick up in the Merced County Fair Administration Office upon receipt of completed application, payment & copy of insurance.
