2020 Competitive Exhibits
We are looking forward to exhibiting the best of Merced County as part of our competitive exhibits! Have something you think is "blue ribbon worthy"? Then be sure to enter! The 2020 Merced County Fair Exhibitor Handbook will be available soon. Be sure to check back in February for more details, which will be posted.
The 2020 Merced County Fair Exhibitor’s Handbook is divided into two booklets – Livestock Departments and a separate handbook for Junior & Senior Still Exhibits.
Copies of the LIVESTOCK and STILL EXHIBITS handbooks will be available to pick up at the Fair office in March, as well as available online. Stay tuned for updates on these forms here.

There is a $2 fee per exhibitor to set up an account for online entries. Still Exhibit entry forms may also be downloaded, filled out and mailed or dropped off at the fairgrounds office, which is located at 900 Martin Luther King Jr. Way.
Important! Junior Division is for non-livestock exhibitors; they don't need to enter the YQCA Certificate. 4-H/FFA Division is for livestock exhibitors; they MUST enter YQCA certificate. (See below graphic)
