New Fair Exhibitor Handbooks Online

Exhibitor's HandbooksThe 2014 Merced County Fair’s Exhibitor’s Handbook has been divided into two booklets – adult departments for those 20 years and older and junior exhibitors for entrants 19 years and under. Each book has been redesigned to be more user friendly – easier to read with fewer pages.

Both versions of the handbook, including entry forms, are available on the Fair website. Here's the link to online Handbooks. Those forms can be downloaded, filled out and mailed or dropped off at the fairgrounds office, 900 Martin Luther King Jr. Way, Merced.

For the first time, exhibitors will be able to submit their entries online. Check out the link on our Handbook page where you can set up an account, complete your entry forms and submit them. There is a $2 fee per exhibitor to set up an account. However, this year entry fees have been eliminated in many still exhibit categories from home arts to photography.

Copies of both the adult and junior exhibitor handbooks, including forms, are available at the fair office. Those forms can be filled out and mailed or dropped off at the fairgrounds office. [Read more]
