Rental Rates & Information

Our Fairgrounds is an ideal place for many types of events. People planning private parties such as wedding or anniversary receptions and Quinceaneras often choose our facilities because we offer everything needed in one package – see details and photos.

Call (209) 722-1506 for a facilities packet or download our rental information with rates (includes all info shown below except no floor plans) in PDF format. You need the free Adobe Reader program to view or print. We have made every effort to assure the information on our web site is current, but it is your responsibility to contact our office by phone, email or regular mail to ensure you have the correct information and that any requirements have been met to book your date(s) for one of our facilities.

Public events may be charged the regular rental rate or a minimum of 10% of gross admission sales, whichever is greater. Renter is responsible for operation of a verifiable ticket system and will allow auditing of ticket sales by fair personnel as deemed necessary.

Fairgrounds facilities are not available for rent during June due to the annual Fair that takes place that month.
